These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Signalix Inc. ("Signalix," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Signalix security operations management platform (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service collects GPS location data from security guards during clock-in and clock-out events to verify attendance at assigned sites. By using the clock-in/out features, you consent to this geolocation data collection.
Location data is collected only at the moment of clock-in/out — the Service does not continuously track user locations. Location data is stored securely and subject to our Data Retention Policy.
By enabling SMS notifications (either individually or through your organization's settings), you consent to receive text messages related to:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by disabling SMS in your organization settings.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
Our Service: We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, features, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.
Signalix operates as a multi-tenant platform. Your organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations. We maintain strict access controls to ensure that each tenant can only access their own data. You acknowledge that the Service uses shared infrastructure while maintaining logical data separation.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signalix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through our Data Request page. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy and applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
